For over seven years, our three founding partners — Joaquín Colombo, Mauro Abbatemarco, and Rodrigo Azziani — led technical projects for Meta and Epic Games. They learned to solve complex problems under pressure and deliver solutions that work in production, at scale, with real users.In May 2023, the company they worked for was acquired.

The transaction was completed without prior notice: on a Friday at 2pm all accesses were deactivated. In one afternoon they had to speak with every person on the team, define severance packages, and decide whether to start over or not. They chose to start over.That experience shaped how we build Renaiss.
