This policy explains what personal information Renaiss ("we", "us") collects through renaiss.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Renaiss is a technology consultancy based in Rosario, Argentina. You can reach us anytime at contact@renaiss.io.
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, plus the company name, project type, and budget range if you choose to provide them. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or to send you the newsletter you asked for — we do not sell it or share it for advertising purposes.
Like most websites, we use analytics and marketing tools that set cookies and collect usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information):
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies invisibly that submissions come from a person and not an automated bot. Turnstile analyzes signals from your browser to make that determination; no CAPTCHA is shown. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of the emails generated by our forms), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google, and Meta (analytics and marketing, as described above). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Because these providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox and kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@renaiss.io. If you are in Argentina, these rights are granted by Law 25,326 (Personal Data Protection), and you may also file complaints with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
